14-Apr-10 New fiscal skid for Petrom
Syscom just finished the execution, installation and commissioning of a new fiscal skid for Petrom. This skid measures the mass of the LPG quantities delivered from Petrobrazi Refinery to Negoesti filling station and is installed on the pipe. The system consists of filter, air eliminator, temperature sensor, pressure sensor, in-line density meter, flow computer and mass meter. Electrical actuated valves are placed at the skid inlet and at the skid outlet, a PID loop, to keep the pressure stable in the skid. All the measuring and control parameters are monitored and recorder in a PC with a SCADA software placed in the control room.
